If you’re experiencing issues with your payment, it’s important to note that we only accept direct bank transfers after the agreement with your employer has been signed. Once the agreement is finalized, we will share the payment instructions with you. If you haven’t completed the agreement yet, please do so to proceed with your payment. To request a refund, please ensure that the agreement has been successfully terminated or canceled. Once this is confirmed, the remaining balance will be refunded to the account you provided within 15 business days. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us!
To redeem a coupon, simply enter the coupon code during the checkout process in the designated field. Make sure to apply it before finalizing your payment. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied to your total. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our support team for assistance!
Changing your account name is not allowed. However, you can cancel or delete your current active account and create a new account with your desired name. If you need assistance with this process, please contact our support team for help!
